Terrence Roche oversees innovation processes and program management for a portfolio of early childhood workforce professional development offerings at Start Early.

Previously, he was senior vice president for strategy and operations at Kellen, a global professional services organization that specializes in working with nonprofit associations. Terrence also spent 12 years at YMCA of the USA in strategy, program development and change management positions supporting a decade-long initiative to redefine how the YMCA supports people of all ages seeking better health. Following his undergraduate studies, Terrence served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. He holds a master’s degree in learning and organizational change from Northwestern University, where he is an adjunct faculty member.

Terrence lives in Oak Park, Illinois with his wife, Dot, and their three children.
