Eghonghon Imarenezor provides operational support for the Research and Evaluation division while also providing data, evaluation, program, and operational support for the National Center on Parent, Family, and Community Engagement in content development and research and evaluation and continuous quality improvement. This work includes evaluating national, regional, and cross-center training and technical assistance/professional development events, content analytics, and e-learning courses. Additional current work includes providing research, data, and evaluation assistance to projects in the Early/Head Start Network and investigating the effect of critical race theory bans in early care & education systems and the workforce.
Imarenezor has experience in partnerships in educational institutions and nonprofit organizations that foster workforce, professional and economic development. She is also skilled in applied research and focused on advancing diversity, racial equity, and inclusion. As a former Campus Compact/AmeriCorps VISTA, Imarenezor facilitated the operation and evaluation of training programs and events incorporating community partnerships, civic engagement and social justice in practice.
Imarenezor holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Master of Arts in training and development from Roosevelt University. She currently resides in Chicago. When she is not working, you can find her catching up with family and friends, enjoying a game night, or relaxing at home with a good movie while dabbling in arts and crafts.
