In 1985, Start Early launched the Early Head Start & Head Start Network to provide early learning services to young children and their families living in under-resourced communities in Chicago. As a federal Head Start grantee, Start Early convenes our delegate agencies in a network designed to continually improve our practice. Each network member brings deep community relationships, unique perspectives and strategies to strengthen the early childhood field.
