Daphne Logan is a values-based leader who is passionate about putting people first to fulfill an organization’s mission. She is responsible for talent management, leadership development, employment law, workplace practices and people-related service solutions. Daphne also staffs the Start Early’s Performance & Compensation Committee, which provides counsel on executive compensation, staff engagement and people strategies.

She was most recently the senior vice president of human resources at Feeding America, the nation’s largest hunger relief organization. Daphne is best known for being an authentic leader focused on continuous improvement, whose commitment to a sustainable and productive culture delivers needed results. She is currently a member of the Advisory Council of Fund the People and has served as the Board Chair of 501(c) Agencies Trust.

Daphne is a Cleveland native and born to a family of educators who ignited her love of knowledge and instilled the value of being a lifelong learner. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and resides in Chicago, Illinois.
