We build partnerships that scale quality practices, share knowledge and build coalitions. We develop and sustain a strong pipeline of Early Learning and Care professionals who are well trained, well compensated and demographically representative of the communities they serve.
Advocate for Policy Change
We champion policy and systems change by shifting mindsets, building relationships and advocating for access to services. The changes we seek are informed by the voices of families, communities and Early Learning and Care providers.
