What can I expect from Peer Connections?

Peer connections offer a collaborative environment for home visitors to build community with peers from the field and enhance their practice, fostering support, guidance and valuable relationship-building opportunities. Facilitated by two former home visitors, these engaging sessions provide an empathetic space where professionals can openly share and learn from their lived experiences.

Home Visitor Leadership

Audience: Peer connections are tailor-made for home visitors and supervisors directly supporting families in Washington state willing to share their wisdom, experiences, resources and strategies within a collaborative virtual setting.

Details: Bring your examples, challenges, questions, and strategies related to home visitor leadership. Engage in insightful discussion with peers, delving into the essence of leadership —how it manifests in daily actions and how to nurture its growth.

Peer connections are offered once a quarter for one hour.
