Tommy Greco is senior manager, business development on the Start Early Consulting team. In this role, Tommy plays a critical, strategic role in leading business development for Start Early Consulting team that supports state and community government leaders and advocates to ensure that early childhood systems are high-quality, equitable, and sustainable. Tommy joined Start Early in 2024.

Prior to joining Start Early, Tommy was Vice President of Impact and Innovation at the Nebraska Early Childhood Collaborative (NECC). While at NECC, he led the annual action planning related to NECC’s strategic and sustainability plan. He served as the primary architect of NECC’s data-driven decision-making to support impact and sustainability, cultivating new partnerships along the way to bring innovative strategies and tools to Nebraska. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska Omaha. Tommy lives in Omaha, Nebraska with his wife.
