As Policy Manager on the National Policy Team, Nadia supports the implementation of Start Early’s federal administrative and legislative advocacy work. She helps lead Start Early’s policy work on home visiting policy and climate resiliency and supports our Head Start advocacy. She represents Start Early on the National Home Visiting Coalition Steering Committee. She is passionate about advancing policies that are at the intersections of maternal health and early childhood development. Nadia has been with Start Early since 2019 and has prior experience with collective impact and cradle-to-career work as well as direct service with early childhood programs.
Nadia holds a master’s degree in Environmental Conservation Education with an emphasis on policy and advocacy from New York University. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies, Legal Studies, and Education from Lake Forest College. She is a proud graduate of Chicago Public Schools and a proud mom of 2.
