Gaby Rosario develops and delivers Parents as Teachers training, technical assistance and coaches professionals providing home visiting services families with young children. She strives to bring awareness to others about the important role that parents have in their child’s development, and continues to support and encourage others to empower families and help families achieve their goals. To recharge, Gaby enjoys spending time with her family and singing very loudly (when no one is around!).
