Elizabeth is a Program Associate on the Start Early Consulting Team. In their role, Elizabeth supports management and operations of the practice – implementing, maintaining, and improving the systems, processes, and infrastructure needed to successfully guide operations. Prior to working at Start Early, Elizabeth was a youth & teen service library manager and librarian who supported underprivileged youth and teens; assessed social-emotional, educational, mental health, and community support needs; and provided access to programs, information, resources, and support. Elizabeth has a passion for both LGBTQIA+ and disability advocacy and education, as well as trauma-information approaches.

Elizabeth holds a Masters in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
