Senior Program Associate, National Center of Parent, Family & Community Engagement

Chandra Ewell is the Senior Program Associate for the National Center of Parent, Family and Community Engagement (NCPFCE). Chandra works to support committees across the center in equity, program and family voice and advisory. Chandra has worked at Start Early for 6 years. The focus of her work has been supporting and advocating for children, families, and staff in Head Start and Early Head Start programs.

She serves as a co-chair for the Communications Committee for the Advancing Racial Equity (A.R.E.) Taskforce at Start Early. The A.R.E is an internal, volunteer-based group that formed in 2017. The taskforce leads and supports Start Early  in our commitment to dismantling racism within our organization and across our work in the early childhood field.
