Cassie Morley supports Start Early Washington’s team of State Model Leads, Technical Assistance providers, Training and CQI staff as an architect of their programmatic vision. She brings home visiting thought leadership to multiple systems partners and stakeholder groups. She’s able to leverage 25+ years in the home visiting field; as a home visitor, doula, program supervisor, PAT State Leader and BoD member. Cassie’s many years working with indigenous families supported a deepening of her cultural responsiveness and ability to center equity in program design and implementation. She proudly holds the identities of both grandma and dog mom, and loves live music, camping, and gardening in Olympia.
