In her role, Adrienne supports coordination of trainings for Start Early, WA as well as facilitates trainings- including ASQ-3, ASQ-SE-2, and peer connection opportunities-for home visiting programs. She also develops training content at the state and program levels and partners across Start Early, WA initiatives to advance community-focused work.
Adrienne has built her career in early childhood education, with experience ranging from work in preschool classrooms to teaching English to young children in South Korea. She spent a decade serving as a Parents as Teachers home visitor and program manager before earning her master’s in early childhood education. Driven by a commitment to supporting and advocating for the home visiting workforce, she now focuses on developing high quality services and training that strengthen practice and impact.
She holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of California Davis, and M.S. in Early Childhood Education, Infant Toddler Mental Health from Portland State University.
