Start Early’s ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building educational facilities, while also adhering to a high standard of execution in construction practices. This contractor will partner with the Owner’s Representative, Cullen Construction Management; the architect, JGMA; and Start Early to manage the construction of the Start Early Educare Lake County site according to the scope of work.

We hope to select a general contractor by August 19, 2024. The anticipated completion date of this project is February 2026.

All questions should be directed to emily@cullencm.com by June 26, 2024 (12:00 PM CST). A summary of questions and responses will be shared on Start Early’s website by June 28, 2024 (4:00 PM CST). Inquiries will not be individually answered and must be submitted by email. The proposal submission deadline is July 12, 2024.
