Sara serves as the Director of Business Development for Start Early Consulting, responsible cultivating a deep and wide network of external relationships that connect early childhood leaders to Start Early’s support and services. She is an impact-focused innovator with over 15 years of experience advancing mission-driven organizations through business development, cross-sector partnerships, and systems-level change.

She has led complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives at the local, state, and national levels—designing and implementing public- private partnerships that expand economic opportunity and strengthen infrastructure in underserved and underrepresented communities. Sara brings deep expertise across early childhood systems, K-12 education, and workforce policy, having held leadership roles in school districts, national nonprofits, and state agencies. Her strengths lie in project implementation, relationship management, and launching initiatives that deliver measurable, community-centered results.

A proud New Jersey native, Sara is passionate about building sustainable solutions that foster economic resiliency and expand equitable access to education and opportunity. Sara holds a master’s degree in Educational and Developmental Psychology and a bachelor’s degree is Human Development and Philosophy, both from Boston College.
