Michael Gouterman has been working in Early Childhood Education for over 12 years. After specializing in Attachment-based therapy modalities early in his career, Michael began working in Head Start and Early Head Start as a Mental Health Consultant. He then went on to be the director of a Home Visiting program that included both home visiting parent educator services and community-based doulas.
