Judy is a Director on the Start Early Consulting Team. She has worked in the early childhood field for over 30 years, including consulting in states such as Oregon, Maine, Mississippi, and Arkansas. Prior to joining Start Early, she worked as a consultant and policy analyst, providing analysis and content expertise to local, state, and federal government, legislators, leaders, and philanthropists on early childhood systems issues. She has experience in leading a parent cooperative, designing intergenerational programming, and directing programs that provided Early Head Start, Head Start and WIC services. She also has deep subject matter expertise in early childhood funding. Judy holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood and a master’s in leadership and policy in early care and education from Wheelock College. Judy’s home base is Portland, Maine.
