Jesslyn Jobe is a certified HFA trainer for Illinois audiences and provides consultation and technical assistance to HFA programs in Illinois. Additionally, Jess facilitates cross model training and reflective practice groups, including Strategies for Father Involvement and home visitor and supervisor reflective practice groups. Jess also contributes to the work of the National Home Visiting team.
Prior to joining Start Early in 2019, Jess worked in a Healthy Families program in Illinois for 17 years, serving as program manager, supervisor and home visitor. Jess is passionate about home visiting and sees families allowing home visiting into their early years of parenting as a tremendous gift of trust and vulnerability.
Jess holds a Master of Science in sociology and a Bachelor of Science in political science. She resides with her family in beautiful Southern Illinois and volunteers to support health equity and reproductive justice.
