Donna Quiroz, LCSW, is a family engagement supervisor at Start Early, where she supports children and families within Head Start and Early Head Start programs. In her role, she strengthens relationship-based practices, supports staff through reflective supervision, and advances family-centered approaches to care.
As a licensed clinical social worker with a background in psychotherapy, Donna specializes in work with children, families and perinatal mental health. She has held leadership roles in family engagement across early childhood systems and brings expertise in trauma-informed care, infant and early childhood mental health and culturally responsive practices. She is also the founder of Se Vale Llorar, a platform dedicated to emotional wellness for Latinas, where she creates accessible mental health resources and community-centered programming.
She holds a master of social work from Aurora University, an infant and early childhood mental health credential from Erikson and a perinatal mental health certification from Perinatal Support International. Donna is also currently pursuing her doctorate in clinical social work at ICSW.
