On March 11, the appointed members of the Conference Committee on ESSB 5998 met to present the compromise the House and Senate reached on the final 2025-27 Supplemental Operating and Capital Budgets.
We have included our initial analysis of the Conference Committee budgets. These are very complicated and complex budget documents, so it is likely we may have misread some details.
