Terms & Conditions of Attendance
By registering for and attending the 2026 National Home Visiting Summit (“Summit”), hosted by Start Early, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Health & Safety
You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, local, venue, and organizer health and safety requirements, including any protocols for communicable illnesses in effect during the conference. - Information & Communications
You consent to the collection and use of your registration information for event administration and promotion. You may receive event updates and future communications from Start Early. Your information may also be shared with select third-party partners who may contact you directly. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time. - Photography & Recordings
By attending, you consent to being photographed, recorded, and otherwise documented. Start Early may use your name, image, and voice in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for promotional, educational, or other purposes. If you do not consent, contact Events@StartEarly.org before the event. - Community Agreement
All attendees must engage respectfully and professionally. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Start Early reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates this policy without refund. - Liability Waiver
Attendance is voluntary and at your own risk. You assume responsibility for any illness, injury, or property loss arising from your participation, and release Start Early, its partners, and the venue from any related liability. - Payment, Cancellation & Refunds
Payment, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the policy published on the Summit registration site. - Intellectual Property
Presentations, materials, and recordings from the Summit are the property of Start Early or the individual presenters. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute event content without prior written permission. - Event Changes
Start Early reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Summit due to circumstances beyond its control. Liability is limited to applicable refund policies. - Third-Party Vendors & Sponsors
Any products, services, or information provided by Summit sponsors or exhibitors are the sole responsibility of those third parties. Start Early is not liable for your interactions with them.
