Liz Palmer is a Marketing and Communications Manager of Directly Operated Programs at Start Early, where she supports strategic communication and storytelling efforts that elevate the voices of children, families and providers at Educare Chicago, Educare Lake County and Healthy Parents & Babies. Passionate about the power of storytelling to drive change, Liz works to make complex early childhood and family support issues feel accessible, human and deeply connected to community impact.
In addition to her communications role, Liz is also a policy intern with Start Early’s Illinois Policy Team and supports the Universal Newborn Support Services (UNSS) body of work focused on strengthening connections between families and critical postpartum and early childhood resources. She is currently completing her Master of Social Work degree and holds certifications in content writing, bringing together communications expertise and a growing policy and social impact lens in her work.
