Kristie L. Norwood, M.Ed., has worked in early childhood education for 29 years with over 20 years of experience in Head Start. Kristie has extensive experience in overseeing implementation of quality education and disabilities services within classrooms. At Start Early, she is a Senior Manager on the Professional Learning team and supports the ACSES Partnership implementation. Kristie is a thought leader who focuses on supporting and developing passionate and intentional educators that create positive experiences for children and their families.
