Camille Carlson

Senior Manager of Quality Improvement and Innovation, Start Early Washington

Camille Carlson, M.S.H.M., leads statewide continuous quality improvement (CQI) efforts for home visiting programs, guiding strategy and planning. In partnership with state agencies, community organizations, and federal collaborators, she works to strengthen quality, data use, and evaluation in ways that promote equity and improve outcomes for families.

She oversees the design and assessment of CQI initiatives, helping teams use data to drive meaningful and measurable improvements. She also supports cross-sector partners through training, coaching, and the use of proven improvement tools. By managing data systems and performance reporting, she ensures that insights translate into accountability and action.

Camille holds a B.S. in Science-Business (Pre-Medical) from University of Notre Dame, a M.S. in Healthcare Management from Oregon Health and Science University, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the University of Washington. Additionally, she serves as a Board Member for Encompass, a nonprofit that supports children and families across the Snoqualmie Valley and greater Eastside. Born and raised in the greater Seattle area, she currently lives in Sammamish with her husband and 2 children.
