About Children's Place Association

At Children’s Place Association, you have the choice of either home-based or center-based programming services.

Our home-based programming targets low-income families unable to access center-based care. We provide a variety of services: developmental and emotional screenings, monthly infant health checks by a registered nurse, nutrition assessments and life-skills education for parents.

Our center-based programs operate out of two locations: 1800 N Humboldt Blvd, Chicago, IL 60647, and 3059 W Augusta Blvd, Chicago, IL 60622. Our center-based programs offer specialized curriculum, customized to meet the needs of each individual child, with the goal of all our children graduating our programs fully ready for kindergarten and beyond.

For more information please call 773-496-5413 or fill out our enrollment form and someone from our team will contact you within 48 business hours regarding your eligibility.
